Shelly Wiley brings over a decade of expertise in product development, branding, marketing, and strategic sales to her role as Senior Vice President, Regional Agency Manager at AmTrust Title Insurance Company. Her career began in real estate as a Texas Realtor, where she built a strong foundation in client service and market insight. After six successful years, she transitioned into the title insurance industry, where she has since held influential roles in direct operations and regional and national agency sales.

Shelly has held leadership positions at several of the industry’s most respected firms, and at AmTrust, she leads a high-performing team focused on expanding the company’s presence and partnerships across Texas.

Known for her strategic vision and collaborative leadership, Shelly is passionate about driving growth and empowering others to succeed. Outside of work, she and her husband, Bob, enjoy life in Van Alstyne, Texas, where they raised four wonderful children and care for a lively collection of animals on their family property.

Susan Stewart-Magaña is a dynamic leader in the title insurance industry and serves as an Agency Account Executive at AmTrust Title Insurance. With over 25 years of experience across underwriting, agency operations, and strategic growth, she is known for her ability to connect teams, strengthen relationships, and drive results. Susan holds an MBA from the University of Denver and previously taught marketing communications at Regis University. As the founder of Her. The Title Collective and publisher of HER. Magazine, she leads with vision and purpose—creating platforms that empower, educate, and elevate professionals across the title industry.

Dawn Campos is a seasoned title professional with over 24 years of experience and a heart for helping others succeed. Her passion lies in empowering real estate professionals through clear, confident communication. With a focus on title education, Dawn brings practical insight and contagious energy to every session, making learning both fun and impactful.  Growing up in a Latin country gave Dawn a unique cultural and language perspective, allowing her to connect deeply with the Hispanic market. When she’s not sharing her expertise, Dawn is all about family and community—volunteering at her 11-year-old’s school, serving at her church, baking sweet treats, and giving plenty of scratchies to her dogs (and her husband!).

Janice Dempster’s impressive career includes roles at both underwriters as well as national title agencies. She holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago, School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University, where she graduated with distinction. Janice’s extensive legal expertise and leadership experience is instrumental in guiding our company through the complexities of the title insurance industry.

Jim is National Underwriting Counsel, where he brings more than two decades of experience to support the closing experience. He oversees underwriting strategy, title-exam review and risk-mitigation in complex transaction environments, leveraging deep expertise in real estate practices, title insurance considerations and multi-state closings. 
Jim is recognized for his advocacy of best-practice underwriting and his collaborative approach to risk-management—ensuring that every closing is handled with precision, integrity and the highest standards of service. He is a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney by the Florida Bar, and he is active in ALTA and various state land title associations.
